Wipro WILP 2025 Detailed Eligibility:
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) can apply for this role
- Eligible Streams: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics
- Year of Graduation: 2025 can apply for this job
- Educational Eligibility: 10th Standard: Pass and 12th Standard: Pass candidates can apply
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA required for this role.
Wipro WILP 2025 Additional Criteria:
- Please note 1 Backlog allowed during Online Assessment and Backlog must be cleared before the end of 6th semester
- Core Mathematics during graduation is mandatory and Business Maths / Applied Maths not accepted
- Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th & Graduation start and No gap permitted during Graduation also Graduation must be completed within 3 years
- Only Indian Citizens / PIO / OCI can apply for this role
- Bhutan & Nepal nationals must submit citizenship certificate
- Must complete 3 months cool-off period
- Minimum 18 years of age at registration is required
Wipro WILP 2025 Training Agreement:
- Candidates must sign 60-month (5-year) service agreement.
- If you leave Wipro before completing 5 years, then pro-rated amount of ₹75,000 must be paid
Wipro WILP 2025 Stipend Details – Year Wise:

Selection Process – Wipro WILP 2025:
- Round 1 –Candidates need to attented Online Assessment (80 minutes total) Includes 4 sections:
- Verbal Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Analytical Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Quantitative Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Written Communication Test – 20 mins
- Round 2 – Voice Assessment ,will be tested on:
- Communication skills
- Grammar
- Pronunciation
- Fluency
- Round 3 – Business Discussion (HR/Managerial) this is final interview round to assess:
- Work commitment
- Technical understanding
- Program suitability
